Arvin co-founded Pinnacle and leads its on-site work — the placements, the cable runs, and the finish standard that the company’s reputation rides on. When you book Pinnacle, an owner is the person on the ladder, and Arvin is usually that person.
He also leads Pinnacle’s community security work, preparing grant-compliant security quotes for temples and community organizations under Public Safety Canada’s Community Security Program.
His standard is simple to state and slow to execute: cable fished where you’ll never see it, every exterior penetration sealed, every run labelled at the panel, and a full walkthrough before the ladder goes back on the truck. The part you can’t see gets finished like the part you can — because if it was rushed, you’d have no way of knowing what else was.
